Apply a soft matte concealer before buffing the lighter, soft matte shade across the lid. Step 2: SMOKEApply the deeper matte shade to the outer corners of the eye and under the lower lid for extra definition.Step 3: SHIMMER
Apply a Shimmer shade to add drama to your look, place it into the tear duct, across the inner lid and under the brow.
