Description
Platy is a small peaceful fish and even though they are not considered shoaling or schooling fish, they are much happier when kept in a small group. They are very active and love breeding. They spend most of their time swimming in small groups in the middle of the water column, among the plants and hiding between the floating leaves.
The Gold Mickey Platy is known for its hidden Mickey Mouse design near its tail, with a body that is translucent light shade of golden yellow emphasizes the black tail marking, a great addition to both planted and community aquariums.
